First their skilled American craftsmen form the heaviest bowls in the pet industry using a 15 ton hydraulic press.


Rims are then hand trimmed and shapedpad

Bowls are then bisque fired to 2,000 degreespad

They are hand painted and signed by the artistpad

Dipped in a dinnerware safe glaze and to the kilns for final firingpad

Fired again at over 1800 degreespad

All bowls are inspected 6 times to ensure a flawlessly crafted bowlpad
