Required Information to setup a Dropship Account

1. Log onto the Help Desk (Open an account if you haven't already)
2. Add a new Call
3. Choose Dealer Information from the category dropdown window
4. The subject is: New Account Request  ( Place this is the subject line)
5. In the description field we need:
• Company Name
• Contact Person
• Address
• Phone
• Fax
• Website
• State Sales Tax #  ( Also needs to be faxed to: 845-355-1710)
6. Once we receive all required information, we will open an account for you.
